Let's stay in touch

Why does this need exist in the industry?
In recent years, the medical equipment service industry has experienced a spike in the retirement of qualified biomedical technicians and field service engineers, and there is a deficit of new talent entering the industry to replace them. Many technicians and field engineers report burnout that they say started long before COVID, but the added stress of the pandemic has led even more people to leave their BMET and FE roles. Hospitals and health systems report significant issues filling open positions. OEMs and Independent Service Organizations are also feeling the pinch, and are seeking novel sources of qualified labor outside of traditional employment.
How does MedServ Marketplace support service delivery?
We provide wing-to-wing support of service transactions that happen on our platform, by setting quality and compliance standards; gathering, evaluating, and tracking the credentials and qualifications of Service Providers; gathering complete and accurate service request information for each Customer service need; matching service request information to qualified Service Providers within the appropriate geographic area; facilitating pricing and terms agreements between Customers and Service Providers; helping Service Providers to obtain parts, service manuals and test equipment; facilitating communication between Customers and Service Providers; helping to resolve issues and remove barriers that may arise during the service event; tracking and making visible service delivery progress and incrementing costs throughout each service event; ensuring all service activities are adequately documented and a service record is created for every service event; and invoicing Customers and paying Service Providers.
What is the registration process?
The process begins when you fill out our registration form. Your submission will be reviewed by our onboarding team. From there, you'll receive follow up emails with links where you will review and sign our Independent Contractor Agreement and Quality Standards.
